It’s Winter Break this week and my husband is off so we didn’t do any meal prep yesterday for the week so this afternoon I made a baked oatmeal that I have been wanting to try. I usually do crockpot oatmeal so this was a nice change! It was super easy and has some protein options too. I made the protein glaze for half of it.
Tomorrow Andy is going to put together one of our favorite lentil chilis, perfect for meal prep for lunches. Links to both recipes listed below 🙂
